The pearls are very small and the chain may be very fragile. The ear rings have been pitted. We have been instructed to come them and they'd send us again a new set. However, they despatched the same ear rings back to me. They had been feel to have a AAA rating which is a good quality. They didn't meet these predictations. When talking to the firm, they mentioned we must not predict anything more with the cost we paid. The ear rings had been $170 reg. $700 and the necklace was $118 reg. $500. That will have to be an extraordinarily nice set. It was once not. If I had paid $1200 I would actually be upset. I am very upset on this firm and the manner in which they handled the criticism.
